Christmas 2005

Mommy, Daddy and me went to Granny and Poppy's Christmas Eve. I had fun opening all the presents and liked to watch the pony Granny got me wiggle it's head and tail. My favorite toys were the baby dolls Aunt Elwanda and Granny bought me. (Once I got home, mommy also put up the tent that Aunt Rose bought me - I really liked that too.)

Christmas Day I went to church with my Great Nannie and Papaw. Then we came back to their house and opened presents in the basement. I could not understand why we couldn't open presents under the real tree. My mommy and Great Nannie were trying to protect me from the bad germs my Nana and Papaw had. They were upstairs with a stomach virus and I didn't get to see them Christmas. I also didn't get to see my Great Nana Jane or Papaw John. My Great Nana Jane had to be put in the hospital Christmas Eve. I missed seeing everybody.

My favorite part was getting to see some snow and play in it at my Granny and Poppy's house. I wanted to go boingy but my mommy wouldn't let me.
