This custom was done for dietotaku in a custom swap where the custom is to represent the person's name. I had to stretch a little in order to do this custom, though. Since dietotaku likes Fruits Basket and her favorite character is Hatsuharu, I did some research (because I know nothing about anime or manga) and found that Haru represents the ox in the Chinese zodiac. I found a picture of the ox on a Fruits Basket fan site, and used it as the symbol. Her hair is supposed to be a little spiky and shorter at the nape of the neck.
